Andrei Jezierski
Andrei is a founder of i2 Partners, where he advises internet infrastructure clients on product innovation, strategic marketing and capital markets issues. He brings 20 years of experience in professional services and line management roles in telecommunications, media and technology-focused businesses.
Prior to i2 Partners, he was Chief Executive Officer of Sky Latin America, a News Corporation affiliate providing direct broadcast satellite services, a consultant with Booz|Allen|Hamilton’s Telecommunications practice, head of product marketing at a software start-up, and on the corporate technology staff of ITT Corporation’s telecommunications businesses.
Andrei’s industry and client experience spans a mixture of wireless, wireline, and broadband telecom services, as well as digital content providers:
- Negotiation of carriage and media distribution agreements
- Analysis of comparative economics of wireless data technologies and strategy implications for a national wireless carrier

Andrei’s billing-related experience spans a mixture of wireless, wireline, and broadband telecom services, as well as digital content providers:
- For a major converged billing system vendor, segmentation of service provider marketplace, based in part on strategic requirements driven by multi-service convergence and bundling
- For a competitive local exchange carrier, assessment of strategic billing and provisioning requirements driving billing system evolution and vendor selection
- For a national wireless carrier, assessment of required billing economics and feature set to enable ‘next-generation’ data services and to support bundling with wireline and broadband services
- For an internet service provider (ISP), competitive analysis of tiered-price structures in the dial-up market, and the potential value and pricing of premium, proprietary content
- For an internet service provider (ISP), economic and pricing analysis of closed vs. open access network models
